Terms of Service for Rooted Love

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing services, booking sessions, or using materials from ECRL Ventures llc, dba Rooted Love, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, website visitors, and individuals engaging with our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Coaching Services

Rooted Love offers personal coaching services to help clients achieve their goals. Services may include one-on-one sessions via Zoom, communication via text or email, educational handouts, and resource materials. Please allow up to 24 hours for responses to text, calls, or emails. The coaching relationship is a professional partnership designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, health, and wellness goals and to develop strategies for achieving those goals.  Coaching services are not designed specifically for weight loss. The services provided by the coach are not intended to be a substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment. Rooted Love is not liable for any food related illness or injuries. 

3. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless: Required by law to disclose such information, you grant express permission to share your information, or there is a concern that disclosing information may prevent harm to yourself or others.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments for coaching services are due prior to the first one- on- one coaching session or as specified otherwise by Rooted Love. Payment can be made through Venmo or Paypal. Refund Policy: All sales of coaching services and digital products are final. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24  hours' notice. Cancellations  are not subject to refunds.  Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Session Scheduling 

Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Session will last approximately 45 to 60 minutes, change in session time is dependent on case by case basis. Three one-on-one sessions are included. Additional sessions can be requested and are subject to availability. 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for: Attending scheduled sessions, being open and honest during coaching discussions, and taking personal responsibility for their actions and decisions based on coaching. Coaching is a collaborative process, and the results depend on your participation and commitment to the process.

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from coaching services. The success of coaching depends on a variety of factors, including your effort, engagement, and commitment to action. While we strive to offer valuable guidance, the responsibility for any decisions or actions taken rests with you. 

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, including content from coaching sessions, digital products, handouts, and resources, are the intellectual property of Rooted Love. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without our prior written consent.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, for any reason. If you wish to terminate your coaching program, please notify us in writing. Any unused sessions or packages will not be refunded unless specified otherwise in a separate agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will  Rooted Love be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the coaching services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rooted love, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the coaching services, breach of this agreement, or any unlawful act.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website or notifying clients via email. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
